Scope of Design
The scope of the current design work is specifically described, clarifying the content of this design and the interface division with other specialty designs. When phased development is necessary, clear boundaries and the sequence of development should be defined, including considerations for phased development rules in the design.
Specialty Design Requirements
Based on the project positioning, product quality, and technical specifications, specific requirements for each specialty (including architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, HVAC, high and low voltage electricity, interior decoration, overall exterior, and preliminary cost estimation) should be proposed.
